We had a beautiful walk through the woods and hugged a tall redwood tree. The tea room does fabulous cakes. The public toilets are the most posh I have ever used! Great for a stop after a long walk, good 5G signal too.

DONT BUY HOT CHOCOLATE!!!
It was VERY wishy-washy.
Took it back and got a second one which had nearly twice as much "chocolate" in it. It was still horrid. Took it back and got a tea instead. Whoever orders in the chocolate should taste it before offering to customers. Was very disappointed.

The estate is lovely and well laid out it's the outrageous parking costs by the house (used to be free) that spoil it. House not open so you just pay for walk in the woods

Excellent meal had at the restaurant, both the food and the service. Maria on the front desk was very friendly and had excellent customer service skills.
